Imagine a software that can rip your DVDs just by a press of one button. Well, Acala DVD Ripper can do all this for you, making you feel that you were a professional. All you need to do is loading the DVD, choosing the path where you want to save the output and pressing the start button.
You have three options of output formats: AVI (with XVID compression), VCD and SVCD. By VCD and SVCD you can choose the split mode (infinite/74min/80min/length CD's) and TV Mode (PAL/NTSC/FILM). I am, however, more in favour of AVI format by which one can set all the important characteristics of the XVID encoding, from audio quality to aspect ratio, frame size and frame rate.
